This is my Story...

If you have a desire on your heart, it is meant for you. You are worthy and deserving, just because you ARE.

It took me a loooong time to fully comprehend that worthiness is my birthright, and to embody this worthiness, especially after over a decade of physical + sexual abuse, rape, and other traumatic life-altering events...

I come from a lifetime of shame, guilt, fear and failure.
I felt broken, alone, uncertain, insecure, unsupported and misunderstood.

After I thought I had it all figured out, the rug got pulled out from underneath me and found myself as an unemployed, single mother with a mortgage, all the bills, and a beautiful tiny human to take care of.

I realized my soul was yearning for more, and I was ignoring it.
My soul craved love, support, money, fun, adventure and connection.

Then I was guided by my coach, who said, "Karla, you are your own beloved" and that's when the real magic and healing happened at quantum levels.

I help my students and clients take a short cut to step into the version of themselves that already has everything they desire, and in turn they become an energetic match for their desires to come with ease!
